If you are unable to attend a concert, LSO 6-concert subscribers can exchange tickets for another concert in the season. You must contact us no later than noon the day before the concert you are unable to attend. Many subscribers like to utilize this exchange option to trade tickets for a performance they can’t attend for extra tickets to another concert and then invite a friend. All ticket holders also have the option of donating tickets for resale. You will receive a receipt stating that the total face value of your ticket purchase has been converted into a tax-deductible donation, provided we receive your ticket(s) at the LSO office no later than noon on the day prior to the concert.

All exchanges are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.  Exchanges cannot be handled at concerts.
